Shipping Time
The order will be delivered to you within 8–15 business days.
The availability of products in stock, the preparation of the order, and the issuance of the invoice have been specified on our WEBSITE. These time frames are understood to exclude weekends and public holidays. Provided that the electronic address indicated in the registration form is correct, an automatic electronic message will be sent to the CUSTOMER once the PRODUCTS have been shipped.
Delivery Times and Costs
During the ordering process, the SELLER informs the CUSTOMER about the possible delivery times and methods for the purchased PRODUCTS. The shipping fee is calculated according to the chosen delivery method. Unless free shipping is offered, these costs must be paid by the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the purchased PRODUCTS. Details of delivery times and costs are provided on the WEBSITE.
Delivery Conditions
The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER against a signature and upon presentation of an identity document. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left for the CUSTOMER to collect the package from the post office.
Delivery Issues
At the end of the online ordering procedure, before confirming the order, the CUSTOMER is informed of the estimated delivery date based on the chosen carrier. Deliveries are expected to be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If this fails, the CUSTOMER must formally request the SELLER to deliver within a reasonable additional period, and if delivery is not made within this period, the CUSTOMER may terminate the contract. Upon receipt of the termination notice, the SELLER shall, without undue delay, refund to the CUSTOMER the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and delivery costs, using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. The SELLER remains responsible until the PRODUCT is delivered to the CUSTOMER. It is reminded that the CUSTOMER has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss identified upon delivery.
